About Us

Ethan Mullins is the owner and operator of Panther Pro Cleaning. After relocating with his family from Toledo, Ohio to Michigan, he founded Panther Pro Cleaning in June of 2025 with the goal of building a local service business focused on professionalism, reliability, and long-term customer relationships.

Ethan holds a Bachelor degree in Business Science and Business Administration with a Specialization in Sales & Services Marketing from Bowling Green State University, and brings a strong background in sales, hospitality, and customer service into every aspect of the business.

Prior to launching Panther Pro Cleaning, he gained experience in both B2B and consumer sales, as well as high-end hospitality, shaping his emphasis on clear communication, attention to detail, and delivering a consistent, professional experience from the first call to the final invoice. Today, Panther Pro Cleaning provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services throughout Livingston and Washtenaw counties. Ethan personally manages quoting, scheduling, service delivery, and invoicing while remaining actively involved in the local business community.
